GOOD Music’s upcoming collaboration album Cruel Summer has been dominating the music scene lately, with the single “Mercy” quickly climbing the Billboard Charts, and the August release date fast approaching.
Now, just yesterday, Kanye West showed up at a club in New York City, along with actor and friend Leo DiCaprio, and it wasn’t long before he had taken control of the DJ booth and began playing some new tracks from Cruel Summer.
According to MTV News,
“(He raps) verses about his search for the perfect woman and how he has now found the ‘perfect bitch’… The crowd was on its feet”
The ‘perfect bitch’ the song referred to is most likely Kim Kardashian, who has been involved in a high profile romance with Kanye for the past few months.
This marks the second track from Cruel Summer in which Kanye West has talked about his relationship with Kim Kardashian, the first being his single “Cold,” previously called “Way Too Cold,” and before that, “Theraflu,” in which he raps:
“And I admit I fell in love with Kim/Round the same time she fell in love with him”
