Jay-Z caught up with famously flamboyant Wizards star John Wall after he and his teammates won over the New Jersey Nets, of which Jay-Z is co-owner. You can check out the video below.The sound is pretty much worthless, but luckily John Wall was kind enough to fill in the blanks.
Basically [Jay-Z] just said keep playing. He thinks Im a good player, somebody that can keep getting better. He wished me the best of luck and keep going forward. I appreciated it. Thats somebody, hes one of the greatest rappers of all time. I looked over and saw him during the second quarter and it was shocking to see him. I wondered if he was going to come before the game started. It was nice to finally meet him.
Wall also stated that he had attended Jay-Z and Kanye West’s Watch the Throne concert when it came to his home town.
